If your question isn't here, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram — we usually reply in under an hour.
How much does the whole process cost through NextStep?
Our consultancy fee is flat and transparent — $229, with no hidden commissions. Tuition, visa fees, and housing are paid directly to the universities and government bodies. We share a full cost sheet on our first call.
Do I need to speak English fluently before I apply?
Most programs require IELTS 5.5–6.0 or equivalent. If your English isn't there yet, we'll enroll you in a short intensive course in Kuala Lumpur and continue your university application in parallel.
What if my visa is rejected?
Our success rate is 100% — but in the rare case of rejection, we re-file at no extra fee and, if it still fails, we refund our consultancy fee in full. Tuition deposits are refunded directly by the university.
Can my parents come visit me in Malaysia?
Yes. Kyrgyz, Kazakh, and Uzbek passport holders get visa-free entry to Malaysia for 30 days as tourists. We help families plan a first visit during orientation week.
Is the degree recognized back home and internationally?
All our partner universities are recognized by the Kyrgyz Ministry of Education and accredited internationally (QS, THE rankings).
What kind of support do I get after I arrive?
Airport pickup, two nights in temporary housing if needed, help opening a bank account, getting a SIM, registering with EMGS, and a WhatsApp group with every Central Asian student we've placed. We don't disappear after you land.
Tell us where you're at — we'll take it from there.
